Refund policy

We want you to love your Magnetic Ball Watch. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your watch must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In its original packaging, with all included accessories (straps, manuals, gift box)
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at steve@magneticballwatches.com. We'll confirm eligibility and provide our return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your watch is defective, damaged in transit, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at steve@magneticballwatches.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at steve@magneticballwatches.com.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different watch is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your watch must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging with all accessories — and you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
